Can I wake up early to work on my new business?

Yesterday and Today, I woke up 5am to make my website.
I had been making it at night.
But a few days ago, I set my PC on a Kotatsu because it was getting colder.

The Kotatsu is too cozy for a burned-out body to work late at night.
I could hardly stay awake.
I realized it was waste of time to work while sleepy and burned-out.

So for the past two days I tried to work on my website in the early morning.
I don't know if I will be able to continue.

An lousy advertisement encouraged me.

I was depressed to make my website with a new software of "Adobe Golive".
I was used to use a "Homepagebuilder", but I decide to make it from the
beginning with the "Adobe Golive".

It's easy to insert texts or photos with Adobe Golive, but it's so difficult
to do more things.
And this is my bad habit, I spend much time to make design, like size or
location of color of texts or photos.

My website progress became slower because of new software and my bad habit.

This morning, I saw an lousy advertisement.
It had very a bad design and random locations.
But I was able to catch their goods and that's enough as notice.
And then I realized that I should finish contents first, not design.

I bought a software "Adobe Golive".

Last weekend, I bought a software called "Adobe Golive" to make my website.

Actually, I had one called "Homepage builder" made by IBM.
I didn't learn this software at all, I used it by instrict.
I had been able to made my wesite with it.
But the wesite didn't look professional.
I realized that I had to learn "Homepage builder" to make stylish wesite.

But the Homepage builder is a software for beginners.
If I become a master of Homepage builder, I could make better wesite,
but that's the limit, not great one.

So I thought learning "Homepage builder" is kind of waste of time,
I should learn professional software "Adobe Golive" even if
it's a little bid harder than "Homepage builder".

Then I bought the "Adobe Golive".

I used it yesterday, it's very difficult.
It has too many icons.
But I won't give up.

I thought having a nutrition consultant wasn't usuall for us.
But she do this online.

I don't know this kind of survice in Japan.

But I think many people want the nutrition consultant

My wife is a nutritionist.
So I'll try this.

My boss gave me a big business.

Today, my boss gave me a development project of
car parts of peugeot and citroen.

My co-worker has developed it,
but he moved other department suddenly, so I took it over.

European parts design bother us tiwice than Japanese one
and triple than U.S. one

I'm very unhappy.
Recently, I can go home before midnight and prepare my new business.
But I won't be able to afford to do it from now until MP.

I will have to prepare my new business only weekend.

My wife came to Hiroshima from Kumamoto this July,
so I wanted to bring her here and there in Hiroshima.

I have to think how to use my time efficiently.

I found a service of correcting my English blog.
I write this blog almost everyday.
I know I use many strange expressions and grammar.
If someone correct my English, I can fix it.


They sell tickets and they correct 250 words by 1 ticket.

The price is
10 tickets $50 ($5 for 1 ticket.)
180 tickes $720 ($4 for 1 ticket.)

I want to write about 100 words a day.
It means I have to pay at least $2 a day, $60 a month.

I think this is cheap for my English improvement,
but it's a littel bit expensive for their work.
I think they may be able to fix 250 words for a few minutes
if they don't do so seriously.
It's a good business.

Anyway, they gave me a free trial ticket.
So I'll try to see how it is.

SUBARU delivery truck, SAMBAR specified VW.

I want to use VW for mobile bakery store.
But, it will cost a lot for repair.

At the first step of bakery, I shouldn't invest in a car so much.
I'm also thinking other cars for mobile bakery shop.

One of them is SUBARU sambar.
It has 4WD and it's used as delivery truck.

There are many SAMBAR specified VW in Japan.
The price is $1,000 -$7,000 on auctions.
It works well, as it's Japanese commercial car.

I want to check it when I see on AutoAuctions.

I can't have an ambition for my current job.

I will have a used car shop and a bakery shop.
But it will be in a few months or might be in a few years.
Untill then, I have to work as a car parts designer in current company.

This designer business needs an professional mind.
We will have to study hard after 10years or 20years in this job.

But I'm sure I won't be here in 3years.

Of course, I do best in my current job,
but, I can't have an ambition to study hard in this job.

I don't know it's good or bad.

A gas oven for movable bakery shop.

Now I'm looking for a gas oven for my wife's future bakery.

First, I was looking for a household gas oven to let her practice baking.
But, soon or late she will need it for business use, so I decided to buy professional one.

I searched Web, and I found reasonable model.

The model is called "RCK-30MA" made by Rinnal.

That is so cheap compare with other models.
The reason is this.
About three years ago, The franchise　business of movable bakery shops of
"melon bread" had a big success in Japan.

The "melon bread" is a bread shaped like a melon.

All movable bakery shops (cars) had the model of "RCK-30MA".
And soon the boom had gone, and many secondhand RCK-30MA are on sale now.

The original price was $7,000 in 2003, and now about $1,000.
So I decided to aim my sights on this.
I want to present it to my wife as Christmas present.

11/8 is my birthday.
My wife made a big cake for me.
She forgot to buy candles, so she set tooth-pick on it.

I can't wait for my car business.

I'm preparing for my car business.
I sent an application form to be a member of a car auction called CAA last week.

It's supporsed to be needed almost a month to be reviewed and approved.

I want to be a member of at least 3 auctions.

After I become a member of CAA, I'll send an application form to NAA,
and after NAA, I'll send an application form to USS.

My favourite is USS because they has many cars
and one of their auction houses is near my house.

But USS is the most difficult auction to join.
So I want to send an application form after I become a member of CAA and NAA.

It means I have to wait about 3 month to start my business.

I want to start right now, but no way.
So I have to do what I can do now like making my website,
making car business connection, learning how to export cars from Japan.

A service of "phone number portability" attracts me.

A service called "phone number portability" was started in Japan on 24th October in 2006.
Before that, when we changed the mobile company, the phone number was changed.
Now I can change my mobile company without changing my phone number.

I saw a mobile mounted Microsoft windows at a shop.
My mobile company does't have a mobile with windows, but I can change it easily now.
In Japan, only that mobile has windows.

I don't talk by a mobile so much.
I often e-mail and see websites with it.
So if it has windows, it would be so usefull.
But it's very expensive.

I can't make up my mind.

My Web site is strange.

I went to my hometown in Fukuoka last weekend.
When I used my mother's PC, I found my Website is strange.
The letters are lapped over so that it's hard to read the wrriten.

When I cheked it at my home and my office, it was normal.

The web site's exhibit seems to depend on the PC and the browser and many factors.
I think it's because of a software to make the web site .
I use "Homepage builder" to make my web site.

"Homepage builder" is made by IBM and it's for beginners of web site creator.
I've heard it has many problems.
So I decided to change the softoware.

I don't want to be crazy about the web site software.
Because it's only a tool to achieve my business.

I know many people whose hobbies are making web site even
their first goal was making business using web site as a tool.

But I noticed I have a wrong tool now.
So I have to change.

My wife wants to have a bakery shop.

My wife Iku has wanted to have a bakery shop for a long time.
She worked at Kumamoto as a nutritionist in a hospital.
We got married this July, so she quit her job and came to Hiroshima.
Now she doesn't have a job, so it's time to start preparing for her
bakery shop and helping my car business.

She doesn't have any experience as a baker for now,
but I know she will be a good baker because she is a significant foodie
and she has a good sense of taste.
When we go shopping, she read ingredients label for quite a long time,
so I don't like to go food area with her.

She started to go to bakery school last week.
We don't know when we can have our bakery shop.

For the morment, I want to deliver her bakery and coffee to near sightseeing area on weekend.
To start delivery shop we need only a car for derivery.

I think Volkswagen Camper is good for it.
I know it costs a lot for repairing, but it's a good advertising display less the cost.
I've never seen the Camper in Hiroshima.

I saw it at Aso-mountain in Kumamoto once or twice, it' a famous sightseeing place.
If there were the Camper, everybody could find it's a kind of fashionable shop.

I'm going to be a AutoAuction member, so I want to find the Camper too.

An application form to become a AutoAuction member

Today I got up earlier to take a photo of my house and parking space.

To became a AutoAuction member I have to send my showshop photo with an
application form.
But still now, I am just a employee of car parts company working as a
designer.
Of course I will have my showshop when I quit current job,
but first I want to prepare for this car business.

I think this is Japanese bad point, they are exclusive about new things.
The AutoAuction requires me the showshop when I apply.
They accept who are already concerned in car business as a AutoAuction member.
How can I join this exclusive AutoAuction like coming from different field?

I doubted I could be a member.
So I asked consult advice.

He told me that there are some AutoAuctions to be able to sign up easily like CAA and NAA.

So my plan is I will join easy AutoAuctions first, and once I become a member of some AutoAuctions even if they are CAA or NAA, it becomes easier to join difficult AutoAuctions like USS or JU.

I decided to send an applicarion form to CAA first.
An consulting guy told me it's the easiest Auction to join in Japan.
And he said my house and parking space are OK for showshop at their demand.

So I take a photo of them, but I thought it's too house-like.
I don't know how it will work.
